I’m Ayushman. I grew up around business. Now, I’m finding my own way to build.
I’m an MBA student, business operator, content creator and aspiring entrepreneur from Balasore, Odisha. I’m learning how business, technology and creativity can work together—and putting those lessons into practice.
I used to be more comfortable staying quiet than putting myself forward. Creating content, working with people and trying new things are how I’m developing my voice.

value of earning.
I spent approximately ₹4.5 lakh on eating out, entertainment and enjoying myself. Looking back, what bothered me was simple: I hadn’t earned it myself.
“What would it take for me to earn that money myself?”
That question shifted my focus—from spending to earning, managing and building. A mistake became a reason to think differently.

Founded by Laxmikanta Mishra in 2002, Laxmi Agency supplies cement, TMT bars, hardware and building materials through two branches in Balasore.
My growing role is on the operational and analytical side: accounts review, stock monitoring, purchase and sales analysis, reporting, and internal digital tools.
I’m learning how better data and automation can make a traditional trading business smarter.

After losing his parents at a young age, my father built his life through hard work and responsibility. In 2002, he founded Laxmi Agency. His journey shaped how I think about building something that lasts.
